Who I Am

I help people make sense of what they’re feeling when emotions get loud, messy, or shut down completely. I’m a certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Specialist and trauma-informed emotional guide. I work from lived experience, not theory. Everything I offer is designed for people who are ready to stop performing and start reclaiming what’s real.

“You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be safe.”

My Role In The Good Girls Universe

I’m one of the founding voices behind When Good Girls Confess, a show that doesn’t sugarcoat the messy parts of sexuality, healing, or being a woman who’s woken up. On the mic alongside Darlin Denton, I bring sharp questions, sensual psychology, and a voice for anyone who's tired of playing nice just to feel safe.

In the Good Girls universe, I’m the grounded one. The anchor. The voice you call when the panic sets in or the truth gets too loud to ignore. I hold space for the emotional aftermath, the internal wreckage, and the quiet reclamations.

You won’t find performative girlboss fluff here ... just real tools for getting back to what’s real.

Remember to be good, but not too good!

What I Actually Do

I work with people who are emotionally stuck, psychologically exhausted, or ready to stop second-guessing themselves. My sessions and tools focus on helping clients name what’s really happening, regulate through it, and stop repeating survival-driven patterns.

I use a clear, non-clinical approach that blends trauma recovery, emotional education, and nervous system tools. This is not therapy, and it’s not self-help fluff. This is direct, respectful support rooted in lived experience and real results.

How I Got Here

I didn’t arrive at this work through study alone. I lived through years of psychological abuse, emotional confusion, and self-abandonment. After leaving a controlling relationship, I realized most people don’t lack insight. They lack tools.

I created ThePetSiren not to teach perfection, but to hold space for real people in real pain who are ready to move forward without needing a script.

What I Believe

  • You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be safe.

  • Clarity should come before closure.

  • Tools should be practical, not performative.

  • Boundaries are self-loyalty in action.

  • Emotional regulation is a skill, not a personality trait.

  • Healing doesn’t require perfection, only presence.
